NIGHTLY RATES: $185/NIGHT  (2 NIGHT MINIMUM) 
WEEKLY RATES: OFF PEAK  $1,000.00
                       MID PEAK  $1,500.00
                              PEAK  $2,600.00

*We do not rent nightly during the summer season.
*weekly rentals are from saturday to saturday
*check-in 2:00pm, check-out 10:00am (promptly)
*$100 security deposit for weekly rentals
*you must supply your own linens & have the house clean
when you check out.(there are linen/towel rental places in Wellfleet, if you choose not to bring your own) 
*please do not smoke in the house 
*sorry, we have a no pet policy
*we accept personal checks, money orders & Paypal
*to secure a booking, we ask for a 50% deposit and the balance
to be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date
*if you need to cancel, we will make every attempt to rebook
for you. If we can rebook, you will get a full refund. If we
cannot rebook your cancellation date, there is no refund.
